At 31Four, Inc., we believe that nothing is more sustainable than the family.

That’s why we pledge to give 1/2 of all our profits for our bridal line to Catholic Parishes in Haiti, earmarked completely for wedding rings and marriage ceremonies.

When Dorothy Day got a diamond ring as a donation for her charity, she was lambasted for giving it to a woman who had been homeless. Her reply? That woman had her dignity and could do what she liked with the ring. She could sell it for rent money or take a trip to the Bahamas. Or she could enjoy wearing a diamond ring on her hand like the woman who gave it away. “Do you suppose,” Dorothy Day asked, “that God created diamonds only for the rich?”
