What is your order lead time?
In stock items will ship in 5-10 business days after purchase. Made to order and out of stock items will ship within 4-6 weeks unless otherwise specified. We will email you with tracking information when your order has been sent. If your order is a rush, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to prioritize your order.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. All custom items and orders over $250 ship USPS priority mail with insurance and tracking unless specified otherwise. If you would prefer UPS or your order requires rush shipping, we are happy to accommodate your requests and will invoice you the difference in shipping costs. Please consult with your local post office for delayed or missing packages as we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
Important note for International Buyers
All packages, unless otherwise specified are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail which delivers in 2-4 weeks average. Please note that the USPS cannot guarantee ship dates but they do their best to make deliveries in the windows that they provide estimates for. Customs is also another factor to consider and may affect delivery dates should packages be inspected or be held in customs. Import duty/taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are legally required to state the full price of the item being shipped (we cannot write “gift”) and we cannot refund you for customs charges. Buyer assumes all risks of shipping internationally. USPS First Class and also Priority Mail international DO NOT provide tracking numbers, only customs numbers, so you are able to track your package only until it arrives at customs in your country. Priority Mail Express and a courier service such as DHL will provide tracking as well as insurance. If you would care for this upgrade, please let us know. Please consult with your local post office for delayed or missing packages.
What is your return policy?
You can always return any in-stock item for store credit less shipping, no questions asked, within 30 days of purchase. Simply email email@example.com within 30 days of purchase to request a free return label, which you can use to return the item to us. Items must be in new and unopened condition and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Unfortunately, deposits, custom, made-to-order and special-order options are not eligible for return, nor is labor refundable.
Can you make jewelry with a diamond, stone, or gold that I own?

Do you offer discounts?
Our products are unique designs only available from 31Four or our partners, and are American made by third-generation jewelers, and still come in at approximately 35% off standard retail jewelry prices; therefore, we do not discount individual items. We have the distinction, unlike many retailers, of possessing a manufacturing facility; therefore, we are happy to offer bulk pricing, and are also happy to add new retail partners to our apostolate! If you believe you have a large order that might be eligible for bulk or wholesale pricing, send to firstname.lastname@example.org an inquiry including the name of the organization/parish with which you are affiliated, a picture of the physical location, Tax ID (if applicable), and the proposed order size. We will respond with terms within 5 business days. Please note custom order quotes are estimates which may require additional time and/or materials; furthermore, custom and made-to-order items are not eligible for discounts. Prices may vary according to metal markets.
How do I know my ring size?
Our wedding rings are purified and forged together, man and wife, in the same crucible. We will provide instructions as well as boutique-level support throughout the entire process.
How can I care for my jewelry?
31 Four uses precious metals and quality stones in our pieces. Fine jewelry is delicate and should be cared for accordingly. To extend the life of your jewelry and keep them in optimal condition please follow the following care instructions:
- Remove your jewelry before engaging in strenuous activities (including exercise).
- Keep your jewelry away from chemicals including perfume, hair spray, cosmetics, and lotion.
- For necklaces, clasp the necklace when removing it to assure the chain does not tangle or knot.
- If you have a fine jewelry piece that contains a pearl or opal, extra care should be taken.
- Silver pieces should not be worn in the shower or when swimming in chlorine as the silver can tarnish.
- To clean your diamond jewelry, use a soft toothbrush and dish soap and gently scrub gold and diamonds. Do not clean pearls or opals with any chemicals, abrasives or solvents.
What is the difference between basic and deluxe chains?
Gold (all gold chains are 14k gold)
Our basic gold chain is a 1.52 gram 18” 1.1mm rope chain (retail value $185). This chain has a basic spring clip clasp and is more suitable for lightweight pendants due to its delicate nature.
Our deluxe gold chain is a 2.24 gram 18” 1mm spiga chain (retail value $298). Also known as a wheat chain, the links of this chain are braided and woven together to create a more durable chain that also has a more eye-catching design. This chain has a lobster clasp, which is sturdier and less prone to damage.

Our basic silver chain is a 2.97 gram 18” 1.6mm curb chain (retail $25). Our smaller curb chains work well with lighter pendants and tend to reflect the most light. This chain has a basic spring clip clasp.
Our deluxe silver chain is a 5 gram 20” 1.5mm wheat chain (retail $45) and comes with a lobster clasp for added security and durability.
